Foods That Increase Breast Size
How many of us have wished to be a bit heavier on the top side? GUILTY here.
I’m just a regular-sized woman with fairly average-sized breasts. I don’t have problems looking for shirts and tops since my size is usually available which is medium. However, there are times that I wish I had a bigger cup size. From an A to a B, maybe won’t hurt, right? Sometimes it would look so much better if you have a bigger cup size when wearing bikinis, tube tops, deep V shirts, and halter tops. A little more cleavage won’t hurt as well, do you agree?
However, I never would indulge myself in a surgical procedure just to achieve the size I want (just a disclaimer here: I have nothing against breasts implants and surgeries.. just not my thing). So, I’m looking for more natural ways to help me increase my cup size.
There a lot of things we can actually do to naturally enhance our cup sizes. We can do it with exercise, we can even wear extra bra pads to make our breasts appear larger nowadays, and of course by eating the right kind of foods that will not only make us healthy, but help us produce more estrogen.
Just a little fact here. Estrogen is a hormone produced mostly by women that enhances body curves as well as responsible for women’s breasts’ growth. They say, the more estrogen you have in your body, the more curves you develop. Well I guess, I have less estrogen then, eh?
If our genetic histories might not be well-endowed with the hormone, estrogen, then we can always help our genes earn these hormones. How is that possible?
I tell you it is possible. We can help our bodies develop these hormones if we eat more foods with more estrogen in it. Examples of these are:
Fruits such as apples, cherries, and plums.
Vegetables such as beets, peppers, cucumbers, and carrots.
Grains such as barley, rice, and wheat.
Seeds such as sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and fennel seeds.
Herbs and spices such as parsley, clover, and garlic.
So you see? We don’t need to spend a thousand dollars just to get the cup sizes we all want. Yes, I agree, it might not be as fast as getting surgery, but it’s a lot safer and healthier. Not only will you help yourself look better physically but you are also helping your body be as healthy as it can. Just like what they always say, being beautiful is not only on the outside, but on the inside as well.
